الإنتان مشكلة صحية عالمية تنطوي على مخاطر عالية للوفاة.
كان الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم دور CD64 في تطور الإنتان البكتيري في المرضى المصابين بـ (Salmonella typhi and Klebsiella pneumonia) و البكتريا Staphylococcus aureus إيجابية الجرام و علاقة الواسم (CD64) بالإنتان البكتيري.
أجريت هذه الدراسة في معمل الزهراء للولادة و الأطفال بمستشفي الصدر التعليمي بمستشفي الفرات الأوسط بمحافظة النجف من تشرين الأول ولغاية كانون الثاني 2020.
100) من مرضى الإنتان المشتبه بهم و (40) أصحاء (مجموعة تحكم) تتراوح أعمارهم بين (13-65) سنة مسجلين في هذه الدراسة
Abstract EN
Sepsis is a global health problem that carries a high risk of death.
The main objective of this study was to assess the role of CD64 in the development of bacterial sepsis in patients infected with (Salmonella typhi and Klebsiella pneumonia), Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and the correlation of the marker (CD64) with bacterial sepsis.
This study was carried out in the AL-Zahra maternity and paediatrics' laboratory, Al-Sadr Educational hospital, AL-Furat al-Awsat hospital in AL-Najaf province from October to January 2020.
A total (140) individual in both sex (100) suspected sepsis Patients and (40) healthy (control group) with age ranged (13-65) year enrolled in this study
