Abstract EN

Since the independence, the formative educational system in Morocco has known several reforms.

Among its most important stations: Drafting the National Charter for Education and Training.

Then the Emergency Program (2009/2012).

That was followed by the Strategic Vision (2015-2030) whose vocabulary was formulated by the Supreme Council for Education and Training.

It was confirmed through this path that the reform accomplished accumulations at the level of formulating strategic options for educational policy, and on the level of improving educational practices.

This intervention aims to show the extent to which the Strategic Vision targets quality, its related fields, and the proposals it has come up with to realize.

This requires first defining the concept of quality, highlighting its features in the educational system, and then moving on to answering the questions asked in advance.

Basic concepts: quality, Strategic Vision, quality in education, student quality, teacher quality, quality of administration and legislation, quality of educational programs and curricula, quality of educational buildings, facilities and equipment, quality of textbook, quality of evaluation, quality of educational spending, levers and priority measures.
