Abstract EN

We seek through this scientific paper entitled "the role of social media in the consolidation of education on values" to define electronic media, to list its characteristics and forms, and to uncover the nature of its relationship to education.

Then, we will try to give some insights into the nature of social media through its definition and some of its types.

Finally, we will address the ways whereby one can use them to inculcate the principle of education on values within the educational system.

Our choice of this topic stemmed from our observations of the many uses of these tools and our awareness of the great role that electronic media in general and social media as one of its forms in particular play.
