Abstract EN

The educational curricula and programs have formed an essential basis on which the instructional system transfers sciences, knowledge, expertise and skills.

This transfer enhances a wide range of values that contain situations, reactions, codes, and norms to the learners.

We believe that the renewal of the methods and programs requires taking into consideration the ambitions, the intellectual, the psychosocial, and the spiritual needs of individuals, especially in a troubled socio-historical circumstance, and with regard to the group of positive values.

They essentially form a solid basis of education and an accurate covenant between teachers and learners.

If values were the spiritual background that make us distinct from other societies, So its effective embodiment should be enacted in the establishments of social development, whether in its Institutional form: (the family, the schools, the associations, the clubs, the centers, and universities), or in the Non-institutional: (the prevailing culture in society, the traditions and customs).
