It is the beginning of the basic stage in preparing the child to get to the next stages of his life with a strong awareness and an independent personality at a time when caring for childhood has become an essential investment for the future and a correct beginning for the progress of societies.

It is not possible to talk about childhood and the future without linking it to education on values.

The latter is one of the entry points for the training and rehabilitation of human capital and its development through deepening the consideration of the educational system's capacity for the education and value inclusion.

That’s why the legal upbringing of the educated child is considered to be one of the aspects of education on values as a system in which a set of moral, legal, and political dimensions, and the backgrounds related to individuals, groups and social institutions intersect.

A system that makes of school the most important social institution.

and one of the mechanisms of inclusion and social cohesion.

From what has been said, the legal upbringing of the child is one of the solutions to depend on to reduce the phenomenon of violence in the school environment.
