The Aim of the Research is to Measure the Effectiveness of a Suggested Enriching Curriculum in Mental Arithmetic for Developing the Achievement in Some Fields of the International Tests TIMSS and Improving the Attitude Towards Mathematics for Primary School Students.

the Research Sample Consisted of One Experimental Group (4^th Grade) That Studied the Suggested Curriculum.

the Research Used The Tools: Mental Arithmetic Test- TIMSS 2019 Math Test– an Attitude Towards Mathematics Scale.

the Results Indicated That There are Statistically Significant Differences Between the Pre and Post Applications in the Three Research Variables: Mental Arithmetic- TIMES-2019 Test- Attitude Towards Mathematics for the Post Application.

the Results Also Indicated a Strong Ve⁺ Correlation Between Achievement In Mental Arithmetic And Achievement in TIMSS-2019 Test, Where the Value of the Pearson Correlation Coefficient Between Them was about (0.83).
