The research aimed to understand the teaching practices of mathematics female teachers that support the development of productive disposition to elementary school students, to reveal the factors affecting them, and to make proposals that could contribute to improving them.

The research relied on the qualitative approach using the case study method and the document analysis method.

The research community consisted of two categories: Mathematics female teachers in the elementary schools of the Education Department in the Qassim region, and the sample included (5) female teachers, and the documents, which are mathematics education literature, from which data related to the research topic were collected, and they were (21) documents.

Two tools were used to achieve the research objectives: the interviews and the document analysis.

The results of the research showed the variation in the teaching practices of mathematics female teachers supporting the development of productive disposition among their female students with its eight dimensions: beliefs about the nature of mathematics, mathematical integrity, affect toward mathematics, motivation, academic risk Taking, goal setting, mathematical identity, and self-efficacy.

The multiplicity of factors influencing positive or negative teaching practices of mathematics female teachers, in terms of: factors related to the female teacher, the class environment, female students, mathematics course, school administration, and female students' families.

The results of the research presented a number of proposals that could contribute to improving teaching practices that support the development of productive disposition.

Finally, the research presented a number of recommendations and proposed researches according of the results of the research.
