Abstract EN

The study aims to enhance lean management practices and measure their impact on the strategic performance of sports institutions.

The study population is represented by workers in the various sports institutions under study in the Arab Republic of Egypt, represented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Olympic Committee, Sports Federations, and Sports Clubs.

The study sample was chosen in the random stratified method for all of all sports institutions, the study sample reached (300) three hundred individuals.

The most important results were a weakness in the level of sports institutions' adoption of lean management, the lack of lean management tools in sports institutions, the weak level of strategic performance in sports institutions, and the presence of statistically significant differences between sports institutions that adopt lean management and institutions that do not adopt lean management in the axes of the questionnaire of the level of strategic performance Likewise, in the overall degree and in the direction of institutions that adopt lean management, , the use of lean management tools has the ability to improve the strategic performance of sports institutions, reaching the requirements for improving the strategic performance of sports institutions.
