Abstract EN

This research seeks to analyze some of the texts of the noble Sunnah related to dealing with those who violate religion which are misunderstood constitutes and contradict apparently with the original principle of Islam in dealing well with the other and respecting his right of freedom of belief.

This research aims to push back the suspicions raised by opponents about Islam by accusing it of inciting violence and coercing the violator based on these texts as well as correcting the misconceptions of some of our youth who interacted with those texts without having the tools of correct understanding and the rules of the scientific method developed by the nation's scholars throughout their long history of interpretation and analysis.

In the research, I adopted the integrative approach, including: (induction - analysis - recovery ) and I reached conclusions including: that the original rule of Islam in dealing with those who violate religion is the call to dialogue, calling for joint coexistence and deferring the account of the doctrinal disagreement to God in the hereafter, and that many of the texts mentioned in the honorable Sunnah regarding those who violate the religion do not originate to a method steadfast concerning relations with the violator insofar as they refer to procedures and measures related to their context and appropriate to their circumstances and revolve around with their cause being or not.

Also presenting presumptive texts to those that benefit certainty and certainty is a mistake in the intellectual methodology.

As the basic principle is that the presumptive revolves around the peremptory field and that the secondary issues are understood in light of the observed intentions.

What I recommend at the end of the research: is reconsidering what the ancient jurists wrote under the chapters of Jihad in order to know the nature of the circumstances and contexts that surrounded that mentality that produced that speech at that time and in the hope of distinguishing what of that rulings they concluded that are valid for our time and what not It was not, which in turn is a commendable self-critical work of our Islamic heritage.
