The issue of people with special needs is one of the important topics at present, as this group has become a significant proportion of the population and, due to their status, they need more care and of attention from the company in its different structures.

The Algerian state has endeavored to provide the necessary legal protection for this group, by promulgating several legal texts which enshrine their rights constitutionally and legally.
