Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to examine the rapid pace of changes and developments taking place in the world today, especially in light of the so-called information society and its close link with the application of information and communication technology.

Based on the current situation in Algeria through the adoption of several projects through which to enter the information and knowledge society, including the Algerian e-government project, in which Algeria has made good strides, adopting this new method of working within the organs of the state and government facilitates and accelerates performance Governmental actions and actions that lead to the creation of a kind of transparency and contribute in part to the elimination of bureaucracy, where we can consider e-government services an important form of digital transformation of these communities, but this shift has known many of the human and technical obstacles that prevented access to the established results, which will be the focus of our study and analysis by a descriptive scientific approach, and applied to a sample of actors within these government departments (employees and citizens.
