The field of social education for people with special needs in its modern concept is one of the most important fields of care in our time.

The researchers have paid great attention to this category because it represents a significant segment in societies, especially after the remarkable development in the increase in the number of its percentage in our contemporary life.

Technology is now an understanding and application of the most influencing factors in this field, it has become difficult to imagine the social life for people with special needs in its stages without technological education with its applied tools that mainly help them to achieve good fruitful communication with others, or by accomplishing simple or complex daily tasks that It would have been impossible to achieve without these special cutting-edge innovations, called Assestive Technology.

Accordingly, this work came to clarify the reality and importance of assistive technology education in the social upbringing of people with special needs with its strategies followed in light of the applications of assistive technologies and what it achieves from the integration of this group into public life in the Arab world.
