Abstract EN

This research aims to determination role of incentives in development of the innovation Organizing, accordingly, adopted incentives as independent variables while was the creativity the dependment variable.

The research go run in The General Company for the Hand Carpet, As it has been obtained on the questionnaire which prepared for this purpose as the number of sample (50) employees in company research sample.

It was used several measuring tool in practical side to this studying which a statistical description such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation hypotheses testing equations such as correlation, regression, the researcher reached to a set of results can be summarized such as: there is link relationship and direct effect to the in development innovation organizing.

Finally it concludes the research with groups conclusions recommendations.
