Abstract EN

This study oims at recognizing the problems, which the disabled's suffer from besides recognizing the reasons of those problems.

The importance of this study is represented by recognizing those group of persons in the society who suffer from frustration and despair in most of the societies all over the world which the Iraqi society is one of them in general and that of Mosul in particular and is seeking for resuming and qualifying join them in it.

This study also deals with the reasons and the problems of this kind of people, which is extremely a complicated subject because of the humeraus factors that cause the problems.
