Maintaining the family is the basis for maintaining the Muslim society because the family is the first unit of the society.

To keep the family strong and cohesive, it needs a law, and this law is embedded in the Sharia.

We will deal in this thesis with the justice that we are ins- tructed to obey by the Sharia inside the Muslim family, whether it is about the justice amongst wives or children, providing evidence from the sharia for each of them
