The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of an integrated selective extension program according to Thoren's theory in reducing neurotic perfectionist among Al-Quds Open University students in Tulkarm.

For this purpose, the semi-experimental approach was used.

The study sample consisted of (40) male and female students who obtained a degree elevated on the scale of neurotic perfectionist, they were distributed in a random way to two experimental groups, the first experimental group on which the indicative program was applied, and the second control was not applied to the program for comparison.

The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores on the neurotic perfectionist scale of Al-Quds Open University students between the experimental and control groups in the pre and post scales in favor of the experimental group.
