Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the mental image of civil society organizations among the majority of Al- Anbar Governorate's public and the nature of this image, which in turn will reflect the public's perception of these organizations.

Whenever this image is good and well, it will reflect positive connotations that contribute to the success of these organizations' work of and build bridges of trust between it and its external audience represented by the clients of these organizations with their various names and educational and cognitive levels, or its internal audience represented by its employees considered the main factor that contributes to supporting these organizations and the success of their work.

The researcher used the descriptive method using the questionnaire tool as a scientific tool to obtain data and information that can be studied, analyzed and come up with scientific results that are in the interest of those organizations and adjust their work.

The research sample was represented by a total of (200) sample, which included the public of Anbar Governorate, where a random sample was chosen according to the geographical distribution and population in the governorate.

The city of Ramadi, the governorate center, was chosen by (80) sample, the city of Fallujah (east), by (70) sample, and the city of Al-Qaim (west), by (50) sample.
