Praise be to Allah and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah.

It became clear to us through the research the importance of medical treatment for people, and therefore Islamic puts an important condition in organizer the relationship of the individual with the others, no harm no foul.

The Islamic Sharia also permitted the pharmacist to work in his field as long as it was in legitimate ways, and not to harm anyone.

The pharmacist must be licensed from an Iraqi college or from a recognized foreign pharmacy college.

Medicines must be priced by the state and special rushes are lagers lated control by health and regulatory authorities responsible for violations that occur in some pharmacies.

Shoubi be restrict Islam permitted the pharmacist to work in his field as long as it was in legitimate ways, and not to harm anyone
