The Research aimed to identifying the obstacles of applying the electronic disclosure.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method using a purposive sample size (236) single.

The results of the research showed that there is no political stability of the environment surrounding the Palestine Exchange that prevents the use of the reports disclosed through the electronic disclosure system, the difficulty of understanding the reports published through the electronic disclosure system by the dealers, and the ence of satellite channels and specialized media in the field of stock exchanges.

The researcher recommended to sensitizing the public to the Palestine Exchange on the advantages of electronic disclosure and its ability to provide data and information that could not be obtained previously
