تهدف الدراسة الحالية لتقييم واقع ممارسة قيادة الجامعات الفلسطينية لقيادة التغيير في ضوء متغيرات العصر و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (180) مفردة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة (عميد نائب عميد رئيس قسم مدير) في الجامعات الفلسطينية (الأزهر الإسلامية، الأقصى) طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (33) فقرة.
و قد كشفت النتائج أن قيادة الجامعات الفلسطينية تمارس قيادة التغيير في ضوء متغيرات العصر من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها بدرجة كبيرة و قد قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات و المقترحات
Abstract EN
This study aims at Evaluating of the reality of the practice of leadership of Palestinian universities to lead change in the light of Era variables.
The study used descriptive analytical method.
The sample of the study consisted of (180) individuals randomly selected from the Palestinian universities.
A questionnaire consist of (33) paragraphs.
The results revealed that the leadership of Palestinian universities practices change leadership in light of the changes of the Era variables from the point of view of its employees to a large extent.
The study concluded a number of recommendations and proposals.
