تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تقلبات أسعار الصرف على احتياطي الصرف الأجنبي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2004-2018) و هذا في ظل التقلبات التي أصبحت تشهدها الأسواق المالية و النقدية على المستوى الدولي و قيام السلطات الجزائرية مع مساعدة صندوق النقد الدولي إلى وضع إصلاحات اقتصادية لتدعيم العملة الوطنية أمام العملات الرئيسية.
حيث تم قياس هذه التقلبات باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط (طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية ols).
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقلبات أسعار الصرف لها انعكاسات-إيجابية و سلبية- فهي مرتبطة أساسا بأسعار النفط الذي يعد المصدر الرئيسي لتراكم احتياطي الصرف الأجنبي
Abstract EN
This study aims to show the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on the foreign exchange reserves in Algeria during the period of (2004-2018).
This is done in light of the volatility that is witnessed by financial and monetary markets at the international level, as well as the establishment of economic reforms by the Algerian Authorities with the assistance of the International.
Monetary Fund in order to strengthen the national currency against the major currencies (These fluctuations were measured using the by simple linear regression model (ordinary least squar method The study found that exchange rate fluctuations have positive and negative repercussions, they are mainly related to oil prices, which is the main source of accumulation of foreign exchange reserves
