Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the relationship between two variables, namely the organizational climate and the motivation for achievement of workers in public institutions, and we proceeded from the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational climate and the motivation of achievement among workers of public institutions, where the study population consisted of 300 individuals, a sample of 30 individuals was taken By using the descriptive analytical approach, relying on observation and questionnaire as tools to collect data, data were entered for the statistical package processing program, and they were presented and interpreted and the results discussed.

We concluded: There is a strong positive relationship with statistical significance between the organizational climate and the achievement motivation of workers of Algerian public institutions.
