Abstract EN

The current study aims at revealing the relationship nature between the addiction on internet and the cognitive distortions among the adolescent, plus knowing how the addiction on internet is prevalent among the sample individuals according to the correlative comparative method based on a sample of adolescent (242) employing the addiction on internet scale of Zebidi (2014) and the cognitivedistortions scale of AL-Asar (2015), plus relying on the SPSS (the statistical package of the social sciences) in extracting the calculating averages, the criterial deviations, and correlation coefficient (T) and elementary variance analysis (F).The results are spss22 to reach the results that indicate the level of prevalence of cognitive distortions is average, and there is a high level of Internet addiction among adolescents in Aflo city, and there is a correlation between cognitive distortions and Internet addiction, and there are no differences between cognitive distortions and Internet addiction according to gender.
