Talking about the intellectual in Arabic Islamic world bas taken a great of deal intention with the neglect the Muslim intellectual، that what the researchers should try to break down this ambiguity concerning concepts and terminology which are scarted throught the cultural arenas without control and scuupulousness.

So that is why we had to reconsidering Muslim's concept - needs precise definition- though the many random definition and showing differences between - Arabic intellectual and the Muslim's one- without ignoring the most important issues which relates by the Muslim intellectual، as example: reality of Muslim s communities، Islamic culture، factors formulating culture of Algérien society.
