This research paper aims 'to show the relationship of electronic administration with public service, because the main objective of public administration is mainly to take care of citizens and their interests, provided that this is done in an easy way by staying away as much as possible from administrative complications and reducing the volume of required documents, and through speed in performance, Among the most important means to achieve this is the transition from the paper support to the electronic one through the presence of an electronic network linking the departments between them, allowing the circulation of information and data related to citizens without requesting documents from the citizen that prove this, and through electronic ratification.
