Research in the field of Islamic architecture is very important in modern jurisprudence studies, as it aims to reveal our rich doctrinal heritage.

In the Islamic world, the Qur'an and the Sunnah are based primarily on the verses of the Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunna, defined by the purposes of Islamic law and the jurisprudence of Muslim scholars based on the purposes of Sharia and the principles of jurisprudence, most of which are sent, received and Defined.

It means "the set of rules that the movement of the urban population entails as a result of friction between individuals and their desire for architecture and the resulting questions, as Muslim scholars, dissatisfied with doctrinal provisions through the science of the doctrine".

This science deals with property issues, land disputes, land sales and territorial shares, neighborhood harps, and port districts, as well as provisions for the exploitation of water resources and the protection of the environment, which were all aimed at building a building against the civilizational values of the Muslim community and achieving the good life of its inhabitants.

In our study, we will deal with an important book of Amara books, "Riyad Al-Qassmin" by Judge Kami Mohammad Bin Ahmad Al-Adrnawi Al-Hanafi as a model for the jurisprudence of the Ottoman Empire, a book of importance in this field, which reveals to us a great development of Islamic jurisprudence in that period.

It also shows a tendency to specialize in the doctrine of the period in certain matters relating to the organization of the urban and the city, and all matters relating to the environment, water and land disputes.
