The importance of trade exchange between peoples lies in the importance of being the attribute through which peoples meet and exchange benefits, and on the basis of which they always adopt political relations and develop mostly positively.
Here, the topic of research will be the importance of an Ottoman city with a historical and civilized footprint characterized by a geographical location making it one of the most famous ports in the century.
It attracted the attention of merchants from various parts of the world, including New World merchants and American colonies, whose merchants worked under the authority and patronage of Britain until 1775, and then the events of that new entity resulted in the United States of America, which strove to enter Track competition and Neil commercial gains by building relationships with the Ottoman Empire at the end of the eighteenth century and the first quarter of the nineteenth century.
