Almost all the consensus among philosophers and political scientists state That the Democracy Is not only an expression of remote reality, But also a set of values and trends which encourages for Democracy practice.

In the case of Morocco, It has known a set of transformations That charted the major milestones for the transition from non-democratic life to democratic life on all levels, in all dimensions and in all directions.

And here we're mainly talking about médiation in its relation to representativeness and democracy.

The mediator foundation was created by Dahir Sharif 1.11.25 issued on 17 March 2011.

This institution replaced the Diwan al Madhalim, which for many years served as a lamp of defence of citizens' rights vis-à-vis the administrative authorities.

And then the mediator foundation takes the responsibility of rights defending, contributing to the establishment of the rule of Law and principles of justice and equity, Promoting the dissémination of values of ethics and transparency in public service management and ensure the développement of effective interpersonal and management communication within a strategic vision of a coordinated solution to similar problèmes according to a five-year strategic plan, stated for 2023 to achieve a set of objectives That would constitute an important step in improving the performance of the organisation, preparing It for a stage where "active engagement in the requirements of the new développement model takes place".
