Corruption in Algeria has become a general condition, and a major deterrent to development and equality in various fields, and has contributed to the instability of the situation.

Corruption cases have been brought before the courts, especially corruption crimes that are violated by the public servant, and this is despite the issuance of Law 06-01, but Corruption crimes represented in the assault on public funds have increased in severity.

Therefore, fighting corruption and confronting it has become the responsibility of all elements and components of society and the state and all its institutions, as well as the private sector and civil society.
