Abstract EN

The study aimed at investigating the level of organizational justice in Education Department, wilaya of Biskra.

The researcher used the Descriptive analytical approach.

The study sample consisted of (48) Employee.

Data was collected through the use of questionnaire developed by the researcher.

In order to analyze results, means, standard deviation, analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used.

The results indicated that the level of organizational justice in Education Department, wilaya of Biskra was moderate and there were no statistical significant differences attributed to the (gender, Qualification Experience).

In the last We recommend working towards implementing a system of organizational justice in its various dimensions, To improve the performance of employers and increase morale and job satisfaction.
