Ruling on the perpetuation of marriage with the Islam of one of the spouses in Islamic law”, one of the most important problems that Islamic centers face in the world when inviting unbelieving women to Islam, and the rulings that follow from marital life, when the wife becomes Muslim, not her husband.

I concluded: It is a condition for the marriage of the infidels to continue when embracing Islam that the spoiler to comparative marriage should not be permanent, or unanimously prohibited.

If the unbelieving spouses become Muslim together, then their first marriage holds on condition that they are in a condition that they are permitted to initiate the marriage within Islam.

Maintaining the marriage is permissible without renewing it when one of the spouses becomes Muslim, and giving the Muslim a choice between annulling the marriage, or waiting for the other's conversion to Islam, even if the period is prolonged, consistent with what the Islamic Sharia has brought about considering interests and complementing them, and warding off the evils and minimizing them.

However, marital cohabitation and its introductions are forbidden between spouses.

It is not forbidden to consider the individual issues of the wife's conversion to Islam without her husband, and to say a fatwa about it that fits a special circumstance that cannot be generalized given the woman's condition, her husband's condition and the circumstances surrounding them.
