Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate how the jurisprudence theory is made, by: clarifying the foundations of its construction, and the methodology of building those foundations to create a new jurisprudence theory, according to the principles of scientific research.

The research concluded that the doctrinal theory has foundations on which to base it, and those foundations can be built to create a new doctrinal theory.
