In Algeria, the general partner of the limited partnership company with shares is entitled the shares in industry that do not form part of the capital.
However, he can access the capital to have shares representing contributions in cash or contributions in kind, unless expressly prohibited by the articles of association.
The partner of the limited liability company could in turn contribute his industry, if the articles of association allow it, as he can access the capital in it.
In any case, the contributions in industry are characterized than contributions in capital by their own specificities.
They give the right to the allocation of shares which are "sui generis" titles.
If the firsts are devoid of a share in the capital, and of the nominal value.
On the contrary, the seconds have their own characteristics.
In any case, they confer pecuniary and extra-pecuniary rights which differ according to the chosen company form and the nature and quality of its partners.

En Algérie, le commandité de la commandite par actions a droit aux parts en industrie ne font pas partie du capital.
Il peut accéder au capital de celle-ci pour avoir des actions représentant des apports en numéraire ou apports en nature, à moins qu'on ne l'interdisse expressément par les statuts.
L'associé de la société à responsabilité limitée pourrait à son tour apporter son industrie à cette dernière, si les statuts le permettent, comme il peut accéder au capital de celle-ci.
Les apports en industrie se caractérisent des apports en capital par des spécificités et particularités qui lui propres.
Elles donnent droit à l'attribution des parts sociales qui sont des titres "sui generis".
Si les premières sont dépourvues d'une quote-part au capital, et de la valeur nominale.
