Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the relationship of mental perception and sense-motor perception among volleyball juniors.

for this purpose, we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 28 players that were deliberately chosen.

to collect data, we used the mental perception scale and the Dayton scale for sensory kinesthetic abilities, and after collecting the results and treating them statistically it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between mental perception and sense kinesthetic perception, and on this basis the study recommended the necessity of using mental visualization exercises in the process of training volleyball beginners.
