The Purge of the agricultural real estate of the State is of great importance for the legal, economic, investment and social gains and lack of judicial disputes in order to ensure food security, This strategic objective can only be achieved if actual and optimal exploitation of agricultural land is carried out after the purge of the agricultural real estate and the restoration of unused land and its redistribution to its beneficiaries.

In spite of the many legal texts regulating this sector, it did not achieve the required objective to date, as the agricultural real estate is still unstable and mostly untapped, which prompted the ministries of agriculture, finance and interior to issue many Circulars to reorganize and find solutions to field problems that have delayed completion.
