This article comes within the framework of theoretical studies that deal with the issue of citizenship, because of its importance in building paths of awareness of the citizen and consolidating the values of loyalty, belonging and sound upbringing, focusing on its roles and effectiveness in practical reality, and we address the role of conscious citizenship, which constitutes an interconnected system of sense of belonging.

For the homeland, political participation, development of the spirit of responsibility and awareness of the system of rights and duties, but beyond it to the search for alternative strategies in facing the risks and threats resulting from the successive events and the great changes that societies know at the scientific and technological level, which have become threatening the social peace and the cohesion of the societal fabric.
