إن حماية ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي مرت بتطورات من خلال القوانين المنظمة لها سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الدولي وقد جاءت الاتفاقيات الثنائية للاستثمار لدعم هذه الحماية و مما أشارت إليه هذه الاتفاقيات مسألة تعويض المستثمر الأجنبي عند التعرض لملكيته من طرف الدولة المضيفة للاستثمار من خلال تحديد أسباب تعويض المستثمر الأجنبي و طريقة تقدير هذا التعويض
Abstract EN
he protection of investor's property has known developments through its organizing rules either locally or internationally.
The bilingual treaties of investments are created to support this protection.
These treaties indicate the foreign investor's compensation when violated property by the investment hosting State throughout fixing the reasons of estimating the foreign investor compensation.
