Abstract EN

The current study aims at evaluating the quality of the educational services as it is recognized by non native Arabic Learners at King Saud University.

The researcher conducted a measure concerning the service quality.

It consisted of five domains containing (64) items.

The sample of the study was (100) male students from Arabic Linguistics Institute at King Saud University.

The results were analyzed by SPSS.

The study findings revealed that showed the high level of quality of educational service provided in all domains of the measure.

The study recommended to continuously measure the quality of the educational service provided to Arabic-speaking learners at King Saud University periodically to check the improvement in its delivery
