Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify globalization Anxiety among the kindergarten government teachers in Baghdad, along with the Karkh and Rusafa sides in its three directorates.

Therefore, it was necessary to build a measure of globalization anxiety among the kindergarten teachers, and the scale may be (20) items for the four dimensions (economic, educational, and social, And cultural) for each dimension (5) paragraphs presented to a group of experts specializing in education, kindergarten and psychology and applied the scale to a sample of (100) teachers for the academic year 2019/2020, and after extracting the distinguishing strength of the scale all of the paragraphs were distinguished at the level of significance (0.05) and degree Freedom (52) build honesty through To find the coefficient of Pearson correlation between the four dimensions of globalization anxiety, and extract the stability method using a retest method of (0.73).

When applying the scale and according to the aims of the research, the results were a Anxiety for globalization among kindergarten teachers, there are no differences in anxiety according to the variables of academic achievement, and there are differences in globalization anxiety according to the years of service for teachers in kindergarten.
