With the different resources and capabilities of Iraqi families to provide effective home education and the different social and economic situation, which led to inequality in learning opportunities among students, and what the participation of university students in the protest movement in early October 2019 resulted in disrupting most universities and colleges in Baghdad and the governorates of central and southern Iraq since today The first for the start of the educational season, then the Corona virus came to eat the remaining time to complete the school year, which made the e-learning experience a stressful matter that added a new burden on the Iraqi family, and we can call what is happening now by teaching the emergency remotely with the aim of continuing the educational process, and just a reaction to the closure of institutions Educational, there is an urgent need to teach our new generation science and technology to face any such catastrophe in the future.
