The aim of the research is to know the low academic achievement and its vlaqth on the psychological aspect of learning among a sample of students of the Faculty of Basic Education, Diyala University, In this research, the analytical descriptive method was adopted and two questionnaires were prepared: 1.

A questionnaire for students' low academic areas.

Identification of the psychological side of the students.

The researcher used the following statistical means to determine the value of the variables on the psychological side of the student, and from these methods (the equation of the agreement for Cooper, the equation of the Fackeronbach, measure the coefficient of stability,) The results showed several factors for low levels of students and varying relationships with their psychological side of their learning.
