Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify: the level of affirmative behavior and decision-making among the members of the research sample, the significance of the differences in the correlation between affirmative behavior and decisionmaking among the members of the research sample according to the gender variable (male– female), and the statistical significance of the calculated correlation between affirmative behavior and taking the decision is with the individuals of the research sample.

To achieve the objectives of the research , the (Emphasis on Behavior Scale, Mahmoud 2014) and (Decision Mking Scale , Hamad 2014) were applied to the research sample.

The research found the following results : that the individuals of the research sample have a medium level of affirmative behavior, and that they have a weak level of desision-making, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences between both the calculated correlation coefficients in favor of males, as well as the existence of a real correlation relationship between both variables, due to the fact that the affirmative behavior and decision making related together, so one of them affects the other because of a positive relationship between the two variables.
