English Abstract

The evaluation in the field of educational technology has received great attention, despite the emergence of many technological innovations in education in the recent period, such as the Internet, multimedia, virtual reality and e-learning, which is known as “a method for providing courses or study units to learners through many technological innovations, such as the Internet.

And what it contains in terms of electronic libraries, search mechanisms, local networks, the computer, and its multimedia of sound, pictures and drawings, whether from a distance or in the classroom, and in which interaction between the teacher and the learners on one side and between the learners and some on the other side is possible.When talking about moving towards e-learning and using technology in the teaching and learning process, it is necessary to go into the details of the evaluation process As it is one of the basic and important elements in the educational process, whether that process is a systemic face or if it is electronic or integrated in the employment of technology, and therefore what is different in the evaluation between face education and e-learning? And how to use it and put it forward in order to develop the skills of the twenty-first century, specifically developing skills for continuous, life-long learning.
