The current research aimed at identifying the causes of poor performance of primary school teachers in remote areas, as well as identifying ways to address the weakness performance of primary school teachers in remote areas.

The current research has identified primary school teachers in remote areas of both genders, males and females, and from all disciplines for the 2019 academic year.

/ 2020, and (14) reasons have been found that may have a role in the poor performance of teachers, as well as reaching (5) treatments that can contribute to addressing poor performance.

A number of recommendations and proposals have also been developed.
