English Abstract

Electronic armies are a modern phenomenon that emerged with the technical and technological development of new media as a result of the cross-fertilization of three revolutions represented by the computer revolution, the communication revolution and the information revolution, which resulted in the transformation of the world into a small screen from which the spatial and temporal boundaries fell, and the phenomenon of comelectronic armies was linked to social networking sites as one of the results of the fruits of this cross-fertilization It represents a priority for the public because of its wide spread among the masses and the popular circles and its great influential role among the classes and segments of society and its classes, as it covers the topics and issues raised in multimedia such as (text, sound, and pictures), especially through a group of (documents, sources, documentary and archive films, And pictures) and everything that falls under it (opinions, attitudes, trends, developments, beliefs) through (comments, posts, activities, likes, feelings, symbols and other activities) related to it.

Therefore, we worked to prepare a study and field survey in order to address this issue in all its dimensions and variables through research, study and in-depth analysis in order to reach the most prominent results and conclusions that represent the positions and trends of the Iraqi academic and professional elite.

By conducting a qualitative public opinion poll tagged with (social media sites and their electronic armies in light of the opinions of the Iraqi academic and professional elites) from (professors, academics, specialists, experts, trade unions, concerned and professionals in all subspecialties) according to the method of non-probability (intentional) sample for access and detection About (their opinions, positions, attitudes) regarding this phenomenon or topic.

For a sample of (1000) individual females and males, according to the ages of (18) years and over, from Baghdad governorate specifically
