The current research problem manifests itself in student's use of certain reading some of which led to the formation of wrong study habits they had and was the primary reason for there failure and low level of study.

There are other reasons ,including preserving the material in a parrot way that makes him do not know the exact answer to the question, and there are these who fail in the practical test because his dictation in writing is wrong.

Or that his writing plan is poor and the teacher cannot understand or decipher it, So an urgent need rests with the speciallsts in the educational and counseling field to consider this problem .

and addressing them by preparing same training programs to master some effective methods to improve the achievement level of students and complete the largest possible number of information and represent them cognitive to replace or amend negative stady habits.

The other is positive to be a strong incentive that pushes them towards success and excellence .There for ,the researcher decided to take a sample of the sixth primary students of 32 students from two schools on the Rusafa saide and distvibuted them to two groups,on of which is a control group that is not subject to training for any program and the other is a control group that is subject to the effective reading strategies program except it is intense reading, conscious or emotional recall and recollection.

after that ,the two groups undergo a post-test to identify the effect of the orogram on modifying the wrong inductive habits between the two groups ,and tabulating the data and isolating them by statistical methods according to the curricula of education and psychology .The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups ,and the study came out with a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are:- Training students on effective methods of learning, especially children, and carrying out descriptive and applied studies of effective reading methods and linking them with other variables among different samples.
