English Abstract

It is obvious to everyone the importance of the first building block of society, namely children slice through which the solid foundation put to the community if the community can be developed, it is the building block manufacturing leaders and the men of the future.

Juvenile delinquency is in the world of serious and that represent a threat to the security and stability of society and build phenomena and this phenomenon is not new as it exist in the world all nations are not linked to developing countries only, but increasingly in developing communities for several reasons, including political, social, economic, and perhaps what deepens the seriousness of this phenomenon in developing countries that more than 50% of the population of developing countries are children category.
