Abstract EN

The current study aimed at identifying the level of administrative creativity of school administrations in the General Directorate of Education for the Holy City of Karbala and its relationship to some variables (years of experience ‚ qualification ‚gender).The main study sample consisted of(400)male and female manger who were chosen using the simple random sample method of equal distribution ‚to achieve the goals of the study ‚the researcher prepared an administrative creativity scale that is in its final form of (36) items distributed among the areas of administrative creativity the results showed that school .administrations possess a good level of administrations creativity skills in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences a cording to years of experience in favor of the category(5years) and less‚ as well as the presence of statistically significant differences according to the qualification in favor of the holder of the under graduate degree as the results also showed the presence of significant differences statistics according to gender in favor of females in most of them ‚except in the field of flexibility ‚fluency and motivation were in favor of males .The researcher also recommended holding seminars‚ courses ‚programs and workshops to maintain and develop administrative creativity skills among school administrations.
