The current research aims to build a proposed program according to the strategies of active learning to develop language communication skills for prep students, and to know the extent of its effectiveness, and to achieve the goals of the research, the experimental curriculum was adopted and it is a experimental design with partial control of two groups (experimental and control) in addition to the descriptive approach.

The research sample consisted of students of the fourth scientific class in the General Directorate of Diyala Education for the academic year (2017-2018) intentionally, and it consisted of (65) students (32) students in the experimental group and (33) students in the control group, and the researcher rewarded between the two groups (Experimental and control) statistically in a number of variables (chronological age calculated by months and academic achievement of parents, pre-test of language communication skills, language ability test and intelligence test.

The researcher prepared a questionnaire that included (17) topics from the subject of reading, presented it to an elite group of arbitrators, and prepared a test that applied it to the two research groups (experimental and controlling), and I corrected it based on the criteria developed by the researcher in (listening, reading and speaking) skills and special criteria for writing skill which are correction criteria Barber (2005), then extracted the rate of tests.

The researcher used the appropriate statistical means in her research procedures including (T-test, standard deviation, Ca2 square, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the results showed the superiority of the experimental group students over the students of the control group in testing the language communication skills, and in light of the results the researcher reached a set of conclusions and a number Of recommendations and proposals.
