The present research aims at: 1.

Identifying the level of EFL teachers' acceptance to the English language supervisors.

2.

Identifying the level of EFL teachers' acceptance to the English language supervisors according to the following variables: A.

Gender B.

Obtained (academic) scientific degree C.

years of service 3.

The level of EFL teachers ’commitment to the supervisory recommendations given by the Arabic language supervisors 4.The level of teachers ’commitment to the supervisory recommendations given by the English language supervisors according to variables of : A.

Gender B.

Obtained (academic) scientific degree C.

years of service 5.The connection of the level of acceptance and commitment to the supervisory recommendations.

The researcher adopted the descriptive approach to be the analysis method, and the research community is represented by the English language teachers in General Directorate of Education Baghdad/ Al rusafa / III by 919 male and female teachers.

The sample is of 183 teachers divided into three layers of sex, obtained scientific degree and years of service.

The researches set two instruments namely acceptance scale and questionnaire of commitment of the supervisory recommendations in accordance with the setting scientific procedures .The acceptance scale is of 33 items while the questionnaire of commitment is of 10 items.

The results expressed that there is acceptance to the supervisors by the English language teachers and commitment to the supervisory recommendations given to the teachers .The results also reflected that there is a positive direct connection between the level of acceptance and the level of commitment to the supervisory recommendations.
